COP Greenslade team is cracking down hard on ROGUE officers
Nassau, Bahamas — Bahamas Press is the first to have the details on that female police officer, who was intercepted after attempting to traffic drugs through LPIA on Friday.
BP teams at the facility have confirmed the name and rank of the police officer who was stationed at LPIA and serves at the rank of corporal. We will seal her identity until she is charged before the courts.
She is a 27-year old female and from our investigators her 33-year old male brother of New Providence are in police custody after they were arrested for possession of dangerous drugs.
Preliminary reports indicate that around 6:30pm DEU officers acting on information arrested the male and female officer after they were found in possession of a quantity of cocaine at the LPIA Departure Lounge.
The estimated street value of the drugs is sixty- four (64) thousand dollars.
This all means one less criminal will be in uniform. Good job to DEU.
